Gerard,

You can change your paper orientation to "Landscape".
To do it, go to "File" menu and select "Printer Setup".
If your report will not fit in "Letter" size paper, use "Legal" size with "LandScape" paper orientation.

You can also adjust the margin through "File" menu and select "Page Setup".

Hi.
I'm setting up a Report in crystal which will be exported to Excel.
I'm dropping the objects onto the the detail line of the page, but need extra space on the right hand side to insert more fields.

Is there a way of putting more fields on a line that will physically print on a page. (To allow for the case where I am exporting )
