I have a Active X control on my machine called pdf.ocx with the Progid of "PDF.PdfCtrl.5" and the display name of "Adobe Acrobat Control for ActiveX" but I'm sure it was part of the install of Acrobat Reader. I guess you could install Acrobat Reader and see if you can just grab this control and register it on a different pc. But I wouldn't hold out much hope. BTW you have to set the property src of this control to the PDF file to display it.
