Hi Gerard,

In Crystal Report I did not try to do it that way.
I am not sure if it is possible to perform the way you want.
May be you can check it on the Knowledge based of Crystal Report.

Hi rene.. thanks for your reply.
I'm already using Landscape with small fonts... still not big enough.

Is there any way to work without a margin on the right hand side.. I also use R&R repeort writer and in here you can enter as many fields on the line as you wish, irrespective of the orientation. Then if you print the report, it just truncates , but ifyou are outputting to Excel.. all fields come out.
