What I am trying to install is not the foxpro developer version but the runtime version, We have also a machine that has foxpro developer version 5, 6, 7 and 8 installed in it.

I have tried in 2 machines (win2k sp2 and win2k sp3) and both machines only have foxpro 7 runtime installed. When I tried to install the runtime version 8, the problem occurs.

I did try in one machine to uninstall the runtime version 7 first before installing version 8 and it works.

I am just wondering whether this is a bug/limitation/licensing issue?
