VP6

I have a VFP program calling another VFP program with 'run /n program name'. The program executes properly, but when it finishes it does not release from memory, if I go to task manager the process is still listed. The program that is being called opens a remote ODBC connection, runs a form (This form only has code in the activate method and at the end of this method runs clear events and thisform.release) returns to calling program and quits. I am only using the form because I need to utilise an activex control.

Does anyone know why this program would not be releasing ?
