Yes, you should install ISX version that comes with VFP8. It's also has more features enabled than old one. VFP8 merge modules are stored in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Merge Modules directory vs C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Merge Modules for VFP7.
