no. we don't. wonder why this DLL appear even though no Banyan was in it.
maybe somehow the technology was incorporated somehow by microsoft and the referencing to Banyan wasn't removed.

it is on a win2k advanced server.
but the solution has been found.

it is because the Windows Login password was changed without first changing the SQLServer password authentication to similar one.

when on reboot, the SQLSERVER will not run. Now it is working fine.
We were without the SQL Database for 3 days. It is a lesson learned. :)
