We have Doc-2-Help and RoboHelp. I prefer RoboHelp over Doc-2-Help. It is a very smooth process to create help files from MS Word documents using RoboHelp. BlueSky is the vendor, I think they have a www site? Back in January of this year they were the only Win95 Help system available. I spent about 4 hours reviewing the RoboHelp sample files and tutorial and it is easy. Be wary of shareware related to creation of help systems. I used one a couple of years ago (can't remember the name) and after spending lots of time, I found that stupid limitations existed. Not to mention incompatibility with Word Perfect, even though it claimed to process WP files 100%. So beware and good luck.
