I don't know is a conference would be the best thing for this person, probably inhouse training from a specialist would be best. what exactly do you wish to achieve from this person attending a conference?

For a small company that has limited resources and employs a network manager with no formal training on Windows 2000 advanced server and Windows terminal server, but, has just over 2 years on the job training, what conferences would one recommend for this person verses not being able to attend multiple classes?
