There is only one way to get rid of Demo Splash screen - buy SINGLE, STANDARD or DEVELOPER version of FRX2Any
Regarding your second question. You need to change nOutPutType property value i.e.:
loFile.nOutPutType = cnOUTPUT_FILE && --File
