Is there any way to escape the wrath of the UnLoad() method?

I was hoping to let the user change his/her mind while they are in UnLoad() and go back into the modal form.

I tried return .F. but it doesn't seem to work. If there is not way then it is not a big deal, I'll just have to reorganize some things.
