I don't see how changing the RetrieveAutoIncrementPK flag can make CommandBuilder fail since RetrieveAutoIncrementPK flag belongs to MMF. Do you know is MMF using @@IDENTITY to return the new PK? I am going to trace into the MMF code today and see if I can figure this out.
