I am use West Wind client tools (wwipsuff) to send an email from a VFP 8 application.

It works GREAT as long as my email sever does not require authication.

I set the .opassword, but it seems to make no difference. The password does not seem to work with SMTP.


I want to have my email server to require authinication (to stop spammers from using it), but when I do, the wwipstuff will not send email.

How can I work around this????
