You can determine the row that has changed by using the currencymanager. See the link below for sample code:

The combo box has a list of customers and I can select the customer and popluate the first grid with the quote numbers. What I would like to do is have the second grid display line items from each quote as the user moves through the first grid. I can't seem to find the right place in the first grid to call a class for changing the data in the second grid.
