Dear Sir/Madam,

I need help in Visual Basic. I am a new user to this language. I need to know ways on how I can detect a PC's performance in the sense of PC usage - hissing level, heat generation and its memory usage.

The next thing I would need help on is how I can trigger the PC auto dial up through a network environment.

Before I sign off, could you please advice me on what I should do if I need to come up with a Customer Relationship Management System. I understand that this system basically manages the records and/or data of customers. Apart from this, I do not know what features I can add to this system. This is my college project and I am very lost of ideas on how I can do it.
