It just so happens that on July 14th,2003 (or maybe July 13th) SUBSTR(SYS(2015),3,10) started generating a 10 character string that began with the number 0. I have been using SUBSTR(SYS(2015),3,10) for years!!

Got a lot of calls in the last couple of days!
