I have a report, currently in VFP6, which I need to re-do in VFP5.
The report uses several JPG images.

I don't see any way to re-do the report in VFP5 unless I use BMP versions of the JPG images.... and that does "work", however the resulting file is 4-5 times larger than the VFP6/JPG version for the same data.

Is there any way to get the VFP5 version smaller?...perferably around the same size as the VFP6/JPG version

btw - when I'm talking size... we turn the result into a PDF, which we email to clients.
The VFP6/JPG version produces PDF files about 250K in size.
The VFP5/BMP version produces PDF files about 1350K in size.
The difference seems to be the difference in the size of the images.

The main image is about 800K for the BMP and 17K for the JPG.
This image is a photo and I can't reduce the colors in the BMP without the image looking lousy.

Any ideas???
