Nope, I just built a little prg to call a form followed by a read events, from that form I call another form. I was able to open and close it fine running from an exe. The strange part of this is, I just went and tested the full app compiled in 8 on a windows 98 machine, and it worked fine and it worked fine a windows 2000 machine. Neither of these machines had the full vfp installed, only the run times.
