Depending on what version of Windows you're using, take a look at HOW TO: Troubleshoot the "NTLDR Is Missing" Error Message in Windows 2000 mskb #Q318728 and Windows XP Does Not Start on a Computer That Is Configured for Dual Booting mskb #Q315233.
