Sorry about the confusion here, but just trying to get a FTP that works so that I can send a text file as ASCII to the clients server instead of STD. binary.

For some reason the FoxPro program has an issue with sending a ASCII file from the FTP CLASS FUNCTION that I downloaded from UT.

This is what I would really like stick with but was looking some alteratives.

I will see if I forward the UT example that I got.
