Hi James:

iif(TmpData.SortKey = "6", TmpData.Descr+" "+transform(TmpData.Date1), TmpData.Descr)

Is there a way of positioning the print of Date1 in a particular location, so that if there are more than one consults, the dates line up. Some of the dates do not line up at the moment.
