As you can see, no one else has replied with a suggestion. So, here's my suggestion: What I've done is copy a piece of bulleted text from MS-Word and then edit the text in the rtf-control. Each time that I need bulleted text, I copy such a piece of ms-word-origin text (either from the rtf-control or from ms-word) and edit the text.

This workaround will gonna work for me, since my rtf-texts will be read-only for my clients. However, it's a useless procedure if your clients need to edit an rtf-text.

I must say that I'm surprised that no one else in this usergroup has encountered this problem/bug.
