Can someone tell me if Visual Basic has a function that's the equivalent of FoxPro's BETWEEN() function and what VB's syntax is?

(Surely there must be one?)

In Access SQL criteria, I've been using something like WHERE (((Orders.OrderDate)>#7/01/2003#) AND ((Orders.OrderDate)<#7/31/2003#));
