Is there any way to do a function that is like a Thread in JAVA.. I want to display a progress bar when user is waiting for a form to be load. As I have several combo boxes that contains a lot of data, some of these form takes a long time, so I though of displaying a form with either a Loading animation to show everything is running or a sort of progress bar form, but when I do this, the form doesn't actually show in the screen, we just see its outline and it seem the actual filling of the combo box is taking so much processing that the progress form doesn't show. I remember how thread solved that problem in JAVA, but I don't think Thread is Supported in VB... or is it?
