It may be faster to download my CA VCX Builder, read the documentation in the comments at the beginning of the CABuilder.prg file, and create a VCX of CA for all your SQL Server tables. All source code is included, and it is totally free. After you build the VCX of CursorAdapters for your tables, follow the instructions on the PRG file comments for adding the CA to your form's DE. Set a few properties, and you are done.
You can use the Class Browser to look at the code in each CA to see how all this works.
Tip: when you populate the DataSource property of the base CA, make sure to precede the value with an equal sign -- =goApp.nConnectHandle
