This is some additional information.

I set the SQL WHERE clause includes to Key fields only and it seems to get rid of the error. By the way, the error I got is:

Update conflict. Some of your changes in the current row batch were committed. Use TABLEUPDATE( ) with the lForce parameter to commit the update or the manual transaction to roll back the update (Error 1595)

I cannot figure why this error will occur since this happens in my local machine and I'm the only one accessing it.
