With MSDN you don't get all that licensing. Also, you only get developer rights to everything (except office), and it looks like the stuff in this deal is full blown - use it any way you want. I'm guessing here about that, but there is nothing below about 'only for development and testing purposes'. Beside, the deal gives you 5 MSDN Universals, ebay only gets you one.
