It's the database of MusicMatch. The format is some characters of non fixed lenght. (i.e Start of record, length of first field, field 1, length of field and so on.)
But I don't need to read the ddf, after a while I figured out that the program can export to a tab delimited format. I didnt' realise the export was somewhere in the 2 level of Options menu and not in File.
