Sugiero abrir uno con Word, y agregar el texto del otro al final, luego volver a guardar como RTF.
Si no hay garantía de que todos los usuarios tengan MS-Office, podrías intentar con el control RTF que viene con VFP, pero no sé si es posible, o cuáles serían los detalles.
