I'm guessing here, but I have a kind of instictive feeling that in general, commands are faster than functions. Like I say, I don't really know, but it's what I would guess.

>I wasn't aware of that last part, either. So, now I'm wondering just what is the difference of SEEK and SEEK(), aside from the fact that you don't need a FOUND() with SEEK()?
