Well I don't see how there can be when:
1) the same code runs properly if the other form has NOT run first;
2) the statement above it apparently runs correctly in *both* instances (putting nodes into the tree). The problem-causing form does not use the table from which the tree is filled, and even if it did this is a private datasession and necessary records are SEEKed. The table itself remains unchanged between the two runs.
This is what is the "strange" part.
