Thanks for the link. The problem was more severe with my client that I was having on my development machine so I stripped out the printer specific info out of the report and the problem got much better for the client. However, they just called again and one of the issues was the trucation mentioned in your reference thread and still some missing data.

Guess I will revert to ? and @says to create the file.
