Hi Shaishav,
I was a little bit surprised to receive two messages more than a year after I wrote the original question. As far as I recall the problem went away by itself after re-booting the computer in question. I believe, other causes of these problem were discussed here in several threads and more recently, try to ask it in another thread.
Sorry for not being helpful. I am out of work for more than 4 months already :(
