For instance, you get a lot of licenses, but they aren't perpetual like MSDN. At the end of the year they expire, and you are expected to renew your company as a Certified Partner, or buy new licenses. Also, it looks like you are expected to get the application tested for compatibility with Windows, which may cost $800 or more.
