There are several files needed for exporting. Look at the Runtime help file that ships with Crystal. Verify that he has all the needed files.


>When in preview mode, user clicks on the Export button. A magnifying glass flashes and then disappears and nothing happens. I use Wise to install, and his install.log looks similar to mine, so I assume that he has the right dlls installed. My export works fine.
