Sorry, but no. There are too many questions to be answered before I could even begin to understand your network and server configuration, to say nothing about troubleshooting it :-) The search results I posted mearly show that it may be a problem in certain configurations. If the server will boot beyond that message and seems to operate properly, start with the Event Log and start clearing the errors. They should indicate the source of the problem.
