We have a large application which uses some tables have a high rate of append/deletes. It seems that in a couple of these areas I am frequently getting corrupted CDX indexes which trigger an application error in windows rather than triggering my error handling routines. This is annoying because rather than the application fixing it and the user moving on, the user has to call us for support.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
