The Empower program provide a few free seminars and one of the thing we got from the seminars are free coupons for the application testing.
>We checked into this already, and while it is a good deal, it should be noted that this promotion is designed to encourage entry into the Microsoft Certified Partner program, and therefore some of the same rules apply. For instance, you get a lot of licenses, but they aren't perpetual like MSDN. At the end of the year they expire, and you are expected to renew your company as a Certified Partner, or buy new licenses. Also, it looks like you are expected to get the application tested for compatibility with Windows, which may cost $800 or more.
