To access SQL Server you'll need SQL Server ODBC driver not VFP ODBC driver. Anyway VFP ODBC driver wasn't updated since VFP6 and it doesn't support new VFP7/8 data features, like DBC events and autoinc fields. You can download it from http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro/downloads/addons/odbc.asp
