It is the form. What I meant was that say in an invoice we are supposed to show the grand total, as in India there is Excise duty, Sales Tax, Surcharges, the user himself might be requiring Packing Cost, Transportation cost, etc.

How to make this data entry flexible between various clients who may be requiring any combination of the above and more?
