I hope you do not mean that you go around restarting the server WHILE people are running applications that use it!
If that IS what you mean then the solution is : DO NOT DO IT.

If you mean that, say during the lunch hour when no one is using the application (for sure) you reset the server and then when they return from lunch they start the application but it cannot see the tables, then please give us some indication of the error message(s) they get at their workstations.
