Do you mean the Application Wizard? This will create a project based on a fairly primite framework, that comes included in VFP.

You can use this as a starting-point, to see how they designed some things, but I wouldn't use it as is, for serious development.

You should either create your own, more professional, framework, or buy one. Buying one will save you lots of work.
