Hi Alsn (and Cindy),

Here I disagree: If I am at a specific site for a reasonable time, this site gets one keyboard, one of the mouseman wheel's my right hand is addicted to, an adapter to use both with my laptop, and a monitor, if there isn't a good one set aside for me (19' or 17'). I travel only with a laptop and another mouse for working after hours in the hotel...

So check the signal quality of the laptop with a good monitor and then this for you main work. Current laptops with ATI or nVidia graphic chips also have the option of working on a dual screen: helps tremendously when working with the debugger. Check for that option - with "my" scheme you have always 2 monitors at the site, since you can use the LCD as the second, if you need more screen space.
