So, while Change is Always Possible, the likelyhood of Change occuring via the vector of 'The People' becomes Less Plausible over time. Perhaps This is the "Law of ism's"....Capitalism, Communism, Socialism......they ALL seem to get Bogged Down eventually, good or bad.

Hi David. I think you make some good points and in an elegant fashion. Living in South Africa is also quite an eye opener. Its a country of opposites where we have third world and first world aspects side-by-side. You are quite right in your view that much of such a discussion is at a level which is difficult to translate into practice on either side of the fence. Thanks.
