Hi --sb--. Thanks for the suggestion which was my plan if an alternative could not be found. My hope was that it could be done without the need to install any software on the end-users machine at all. That would be a very neat solution ... and for some nagging reason I have an idea that it is possible but I just cannot remember how? Maybe Tamar or one of the other MS Office guru's knows.
