What InstallShield version are you using? Did you try to reinstall it?


>I am trying to use installshield for the first time. After going through all the setings and building the release, whenever I test or run the setup, I get 2 errors. "Internal Error 2503" and right after that, "Internal Error 2502". I found these error codes in the windows installer help file (2503 = "Called RunScript when not marked in progress." and 2502 = "Called InstallFinalize when no install in progress."). I haven't had any luck finding more about these doing searches on them, and the only relevant article I found at Microsoft was about installing office (solution: reset the system clock). Anyone seen these or can maybe decipher what's going on here?
