We have opened our economy somehwat and right now almost every product here is imported, even a previously Indian based MNC manufacturing in India now has imported products labeled it officially imported from ... and packed in India.
That means like you said one less job in an MNC in India and receiving outsourcing from say US one more job in India of a different kind.
