Hi Chaim. I have spent a little time on it. There are a few problems but the main cause is that you have included the DBC and all its contained DBF files within your project which makes them all read-only.

1) You need to exclude the DBC and then call up project info and exclude each contained DBF file.

2) There is no expenses.dbf file which you are trying to open in the start.prg.

3) I would space your code better, use more comments, use the beautify option to create nice indents. Take the time to do this now as it will help you later if you ever need to go back to the project sometime in the future :)
