I'd be interesting in knowing this, because in all of the states I have lived in and some of the locations were rural farmland, I have never seen such a thing since the early 70s when wives used to bring the lunch into the office, or out to the field for their husbands. Mostly lunches are done via lunchboxes or fastfood...I myself bring my lunch to work with me probably 2/3rds of the time.
