I guess what I do not understand is the post at Wiki...The is a function at the top of the post: SendSmtpEmail.

In the middle of the post there is a break and the code is titled: WS2_32.DLL.

Do I need to create the DLL first and then use the function at the top or are they mutually exclusive? Which code do I put in my form and what do I do with the rest of it?
